Shirley MacLaine on Oprah

April 29, 2011

Originally an actress, and now better known for her spiritual work, Shirley MacLaine recently appeared on The Oprah Show, and one of the things they discussed was 2012. Shirley shared information regarding the upcoming galactic alignment, and its connections with astrology, the weather, frequencies and gravitational pull. She also points out this is the cause of everything seeming to happen so fast lately, and that we need to choose our personal spiritual path ASAP.

Meanwhile, John Major Jenkins laments not being credited by Shirley for being the originator of the idea. Like Patrick Geryl and the 2012 movie, ideas and knowledge cannot be copyrighted.

And Now Britney Spears Has A 2012 Song

April 12, 2011

Only the writing at the start of the video connects this song to 2012, cleverly allowing the song to be relevant for future doom dates. Regardless, this is the highest profile 2012 doom song to date. Of course it has a positive feel – who’d dance to a song about the world actually ending?

As an aside, it’s not Britney doing the sexier dancing in the video.

Ashton Kutcher Stocking Up

April 2, 2011

While Ashton Kutcher hasn’t specified 2012, his recent talk and actions resemble those of a 2012er. It’s possible that he isn’t disclosing a 2012 interest to protect himself from ridicule.

In Touch Weekly reports:

The actor recently visited the Surplus Value Center in LA and stocked up on $4,000 worth of survival gear for himself and his family. “He is obsessed with the idea of either an earthquake or massive uprising,” an insider tells In Touch.

Ashton bought some basic survival packages: emergency blankets, hand-powered radios and flashlights, as well as a lot of emergency water rations and ready-to-eat meals. “The store specializes in anything you might need for basic survival in the event of a natural disaster,” says the insider. “Ashton apparently likes to keep up a good stock of emergency goods.”

And he’s not the only one! Stars including Kiefer Sutherland, Leonardo DiCaprio and Angie Harmon are all regulars at the Sunset Boulevard shop, the insider reveals.
